Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to delivery date. Cancellations made within 2 days of delivery are non-refundable.
Returns are not accepted for perishable products unless damaged.
Our cupcakes are considered fragile. Much care is taken to ensure that your cupcakes arrive to you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your cupcakes and wish to arrange a refund, your request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. A photo of your damaged cupcakes should be taken as soon as received and emailed to us on email@example.com with any addition information on the same delivery day. A team member will be in contact with you to arrange pick up of damaged products. The cupcakes must be in the original packaging.
Sweet Coast Cupcakes is not responsible for stolen or damaged cupcakes if no one is there to receive and they are left in a safe place.
