Shipping/Delivery conditions:

  1. Deliveries can be to a home, apartment, hotel or workplace. Due to COVID guidelines, we will not be delivering to any hospitals, hotel quarantine or aged care facilities.
  2. If you are ordering to an apartment, hotel or workplace, please leave detailed instructions and we ask that you meet the delivery driver at the front entrance or arrange for your order to be left with reception for your collection. The more info the better.
  3. Same day deliveries will be subject to availability. If there are any ‘extra’ cupcakes available on the day, they will be posted on our social media pages to snap up. We will usually sell out prior so best to book online in advanced to avoid disappointment.
  4. Order cut off: All orders for Friday & Saturday delivery will be cut off at 5pm Thursday unless we are already fully booked.
    • All deliveries will be between 10:30 – 3:30 on Friday’s & 10:30 – 1:30 Saturday’s, unfortunately we are not able to provide a more accurate delivery time until the day of delivery due to the nature of our ordering system and delivery routings.
    • All delivery times are approx. and subject to delays outside of our control i.e., weather, traffic etc.
  5. Someone must be able to receive the delivery. If no one will be there to receive, we can leave your order in a safe place with the following conditions:
    • The cupcakes are left in a safe spot away from direct sun/heat and the receiver will not be longer than 30min behind to collect.
    • There is a cooled esky or cooler bag left to place your cupcake order in.
    • You have purchased a Sweet Coast Cupcakes cooler bag which can hold up to 18 Cupcakes.
  6. If no one is there to receive the delivery and there is nowhere safe to leave, you may be charged a re-delivery fee, subject to delivery driver availability. No refund will be given if on the rare occasion the order is not able to be re-delivered.
